Paris / France
This contemporary design tower is the leading project of the La Défense district of Paris for 2014. The Tour Majunga, Paris’s second-tallest tower in the heart of the La Défense business district, reinvents the concept of office buildings b
Became the fourth tallest skyscraper in France, after First (231 m), Montparnasse (210 m) and Incity (200 m).
To provide access to the numerous inclined façade surfaces we constructed a BMU with a suspended horizontal telescopic system of over 20 meters.
This not only ensures platform access to any point on the outside of the building without traction being applied to the façade, it also includes a suction device for lifting and replacing glass panels, thus guaranteeing the replacement of components at any point on the perimeter, in a position that is extremely difficult to access.
